We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  Once your order has been processed, and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within one business day.  If you purchase and pay for an item after our UPS truck comes on Friday, we will not ship your package out until the following Monday unless it is a holiday or depending on USPS and UPS. We can also ship any item as a gift!  During checkout just include this detail in the note section of the invoice or email us.  Please also include if you would like the receipt sent to you separately. Sorry, but we do not gift wrap.

Contact us if you wish to have your item shipped by a different method.


Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.

After receiving the item contact us within 14 days if you are not happy with it.  The item must be postmarked within a week of contacting us to receive your refund.

A full refund will be given upon inspection when the item returns to us. The item must show no wear to receive your full refund of the purchased item.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping.  A refund will not be given for the cost of shipping.

Genuinely defective goods will be replaced or money refunded. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item, and it must be returned to us within a week or be postmarked within the week of contacting us.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the return postage price.
